Popis
Sencha from Kagoshima, semi-machined from young bushes of the Yabukita cultivar. This cultivar has been one of the most widely used since the last century. It is planted in about 70% of all tea gardens in Japan. One reason is the characteristic of being well rooted, coping with cold weather and of course the excellent taste.
The aroma and taste is very full with dominant notes of seaweed, freshly cut grass, fresh flowers and fruit (strawberries) and a light saltiness.
