This cake is blend of older and younger trees from 2002 – spring harvest. The emphasis on the quality of the material was so high that the tea was successfully sold as a brilliant imitation of Banzhang teas. Although it is a Bulang area – we can find some common features of it. Teas from this region are highly valued for their fruity, strong taste and great aging potential in Asia. We are very happy to work with this tea.
Aroma: intense, spicy, fruity with dominant tones of oranges, spice, dates, raisins, meadow honey
Taste: very full, matured with tones of oranges, raisins, dates, spice and long honey aftertaste
