The large-leaved liu bao, under the condition, that it is well-made and stored, has a very soft, but delicate flavor. These teas seem to be older than same age teas made from smaller leaves. This tea comes from the second half of the 90’s and was stored in about 30 kg baskets and in Malaysia for a long time.
Aroma: distinctive, ripe with tones of nuts, herbs, vanilla, cinnamon
Taste: light, very mature, spicy, herbal with a touch of nuts, cream and a sweet aftertaste
