High quality Matcha tea. The leaves come from the Kanayamidori cultivar and were grown in the Miyazaki area. They were shaded for 30 days and then ground in a stone mill.
Aroma: very intense, attractive, strong aroma of seaweed, strawberries, raspberries, fresh herbs
Taste: very full, attractive with tones of seaweed, strawberries, raspberries, fresh vegetables and herbs with a long salty aftertaste
