The Iron Goddess is one of the most famous oolongs. Much has been written about the origin of his name. One of the legends tells of the Chinese goddess of compassion Kuan-ji (Iron Goddess of Mercy), who was the patron saint of a decaying temple. Near of it was a treasure in the form of a tea bush from which this delicate tea became. Because of it this tample and its surrounding became famous in whole Fujian province.
Traditionally baked Iron Goddess was made to order of malaysian traders.
The aroma and the taste it’s middle strong, baked with hints of gingerbread spices, vanilla, dried fruits and dried flowers.
