We visited Shou Ning in Fujian province a few years ago. Beautiful place and great experience. Lots of beautiful and old tea trees and very rarely their purple version (camelia sinensis). For us, the first experience of processing in the way of green tea. That tea is produced in very small quantities here. We waited to have the opportunity to buy this tea for a 3 years. In its expression is the tea similar to Zi Ya from Yunnan, but the tea is lighter and more aromatic.

Taste: light, delicate, dominated by hints of apricots, strawberry jam, rare spices and with a very long honey aftertaste and pleasant bitterness
